Shipping And Return Policy
Orders delivered within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. All international orders including USA orders are shipped via DHL. Orders are processed the next business day. Buyers will receive an order fulfillment notice followed by a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
Any “refused” shipments are the customer’s responsibility. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount, and a restocking fee may apply.
Please be aware of your country’s import tax and duty requirements. We are not liable for any orders once shipped. Lost packages, packages held by customs, incorrect deliveries, and damaged orders are beyond our control and all liabilities pass to the receiver.
Kapade sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. Though quite some effort is put in describing and photographing all items as good as possible, colours can vary on different screens.
In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on. Kapade is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when items are returned from outside of Canada. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, Kapade can not be held responsible for the loss.
When logging in as a new customer some personal information has to be given. Your privacy will be respected and only the required information to process the shipment of your order is needed. No information will be shared with a third party.
