Shipping, Return and Exchange
SHIPPING WITHIN CANADA
Orders delivered within Canada are shipped via Canada Post. Orders are processed the next business day. Buyers will receive an order fulfillment notice followed by a tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
All international orders including USA orders are shipped via Canada post and DHL. Please be aware of your country’s import tax and duty requirements. We are not liable for any orders once shipped. Lost packages, packages held by customs, incorrect deliveries, and damaged orders are beyond our control and all liabilities pass to the receiver.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Kapade sincerely hopes that you are satisfied with your purchase. We have put our best efforts in describing and taking photos of all items. Colours may vary on different screens.
In case you are not fully satisfied with your product(s) or if something is damaged, you can return the item(s) within 14 days for a refund or exchange. Items on sale/discount can unfortunately not be returned. All returns must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on. Kapade is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when items are returned from outside of Canada. In case of a lost parcel when returning an item, Kapade can not be held responsible for the loss.
Exchanges: If an item you purchased is sold out we will call you or e-mail you and the amount will be credited back to your credit card. We will ship you the exchanged items if they are available. You will be charged an additional fee for the shipping and receive a new tracking number for the shipment.
You will not be refunded for shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
When logging in as a new customer some personal information has to be given. Your privacy will be respected and only the required information to process the shipment of your order is needed. No information will be shared with a third party.
